1. Preparation of bearing As the bearing is rustproof packing, do not open the packing before installation. In addition, the anti-rust oil coated on the bearing has good lubrication performance on the bearing or bearing filled with general grease, and can be used directly without cleaning. However, for tool bearings or bearings used for high speed rotation, clean oil should be used to remove anti-rust oil, when the bearing is easy to rust, and should not be idle for a long time.

2. Check the shaft and bearing housing, clean the bearing and bearing housing, and check whether there is no scratch or burr on the housing, abrasive (SiC, Al2O3, etc.), sand, mold, debris, etc. Secondly, check whether the size, shape and processing quality of the shaft and bearing seat meet the requirements of the drawings. Before installing bearings, apply mechanical oil to the mating surface of the shaft to be inspected and the housing.
