Which three ways can you choose when self-lubricating bearings do disassembly work

Self-lubricating bearings have the characteristics of high bearing capacity, impact resistance, high temperature resistance and strong self-lubricating ability. They are especially suitable for heavy duty, low speed, reciprocating sliding or swing bearings and other applications where lubrication is difficult and oil film formation is formed. They are not afraid of water and other acid washing. Corrosion and erosion of liquid and oil-free bearings. In the automobile manufacturing industry, self-lubricating bearings have undeniable advantages over other types of bearings. Self-lubricating bearings are widely used in automobiles, such as shock absorbers, exhaust pipes, steering gear, interiors and body. After installing the self-lubricating bearing, the equipment can work normally. If there is any problem, it must be removed for inspection in time. Then what are the disassembly methods of self-lubricating bearings? The following small series of Hangzhou self-lubricating bearings to explain it

Hangzhou self-lubricating bearings

1. Remove the cylindrical hole from the outer ring

Remove interference outer rings with interference fit, pre-install several outer ring kneading screws on the circumference of the body, tighten and remove them evenly. These screw holes are usually covered with plugs, self-lubricating tapered roller bearings and other independent self-lubricating bearings with multiple grooves on the shoulders of the bearing seat, which can be removed with gaskets for press-mounting or by light blowing.

2. Remove the lubricating bearing

Removing the inner ring can be used to pull out the inner ring and is easily accomplished by press. When doing so, make sure the inner ring absorbs the tension. Large width self-lubricating bearings are used in conjunction with hydraulic methods and disassembly devices. The inner rings of self-lubricating NU and NJ cylindrical roller bearings can be removed using induction heating. This is a method of heating the part in a short time so that the inner ring expands and breaks.

3. Remove the self-lubricating tapered bore bearing

Remove the relatively small self-lubricating bearing with the set sleeve, support the inner ring with the stopper attached to the shaft, rotate the nut backward several times, and then use the gasket to knock it off with a hammer.

The above three points are all the contents of the disassembly method of self-lubricating bearings. Thank you for your understanding and support!
